What it is:
This 3-month experience is designed for creative women in design who are ready to go beyond surface-level work — and deeply activate their natural talents, build clarity, and move toward meaningful self-monetization.
Join a circle of like-minded women from June to August for weekly online sessions, guided self-work, and intentional growth across three distinct stages:
 
Monthly Themes:
June: Discover Your Design DNA Uncover your innate strengths using your birth-based talent map. You’ll learn how your gifts show up in your life, where you're holding back, and how to align your talents with your ideal creative path. Includes 1 custom talent interpretation from Eugenia. 
July: Talent Activation Marathon Choose 1–2 talents to actively develop. Set measurable goals, track your weekly progress, and receive accountability and peer support as you integrate your gifts into real-world action. 
August: Monetization & Personal Branding Package your talents, define your service identity, and begin to build your personal brand. Learn monetization strategies, create your portfolio or offer, and present your final pitch or showcase.
